Welcome! We’re Carl and Gerli, the husband-and-wife team behind Carl’s Carpentry. With a shared passion for fine craftsmanship and a dedication to creating spaces that are both functional and beautiful, we believe your home should reflect who you are.

Carl's Craftsmanship

Carl’s love for woodworking began in 1992 when he earned his City & Guilds qualification in Carpentry and Joinery, specialising in bespoke furniture.

Over the years, he has mastered the art of crafting everything from fitted wardrobes and staircases to custom kitchen transformations. Carl’s meticulous attention to detail and commitment to using the finest materials ensures that every project is built to last.

Gerli's Vision

Gerli’s fascination with craftsmanship started in her childhood, watching traditional Nordic log cabins being built in rural Estonia. As the creative mind behind Carl’s Carpentry, she ensures every detail of your project is thoughtfully planned and executed. Gerli manages the branding, marketing, and operations with a keen eye for detail, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

When she’s not busy managing projects, Gerli loves bringing people together with her homemade Estonian gingerbreads. Whether baking with her children or sharing these sweet treats with friends and customers, it’s her way of creating moments of joy and connection—values she carries into every aspect of the business.
